Claremont/Hillridge Neighborhood Profile

These two neighborhoods adjoin each other and are under the same neighborhood association umbrella. This association is very active and has various events throughout the year. Claremont has approximately 600 homes and Hillridge has approximately 500 homes. Most of the homes are one story ranch style brick pier and beam homes built in the mid 1950’s to the 1960’s. Homes in this neighborhood are typically 3 bedroom 2 bath homes with an average square footage of 1,750. The average price point in this neighborhood is $286,672.

These neighborhoods are about a mile from White Rock Lake and a mile from Casa Linda shopping and restaurants. It is reasonably close to IS hwy 30 that takes you to the Down town central business district to the west and east Texas to the east. The neighborhood boasts a new Dallas Public Library that holds many neighborhood events. A future recreation center is slated to be built. Values have continued to increase in this very nice neighborhood.
